The cottage has been sympathetically restored to retain its original character without compromising on comfort. With its thick stone walls, the cottage’s original fireplace with bread oven now has a wood burning stove which makes for a warm and cosy atmosphere in the coldest weather whilst its thick stone walls provide a cool retreat in warmer temperatures. It sleeps four comfortably. The cottage has a small dog-safe garden with garden seating and a barbecue.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen and shower room downstairs while upstairs the cottage has two bedrooms, both with dormer windows looking out over the countryside.
